Pennsylvania Young Reader's Choice Award Program
The purpose of the Pennsylvania Young Reader's Choice Award is to promote reading of quality books by young people in Pennsylvania, to promote teacher and librarian involvement in children's literature, and to honor authors whose work has been recognized by the children of Pennsylvania.
Participation is open to all students at Eagle View Middle School. In order to qualify to vote, students must read at least 3 books from the list by mid-March. All qualified participants are invited to attend a celebratory party in the library, usually held in April or May.
